What Prism stores, where it goes, and who else can see it.
What we store
Your name, email and profile picture from Google when you sign in; the courses, chapters, notes and progress you create; and the files you upload as study material.
Where it lives
Everything runs on Cloudflare. Your account and study data are in Cloudflare D1; the files you upload live inside Cloudflare AI Search itself, which is also what makes them searchable — one AI Search index per workspace, so material from one workspace is never retrievable from another.
Who else sees it
Google, for sign-in. Cloudflare, as our infrastructure. Dodo Payments, as merchant of record, if you subscribe — they receive your email and payment details, and we never see your card. Rekka, if you render an explainer, receives only the brief for that video. Nobody else, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
When you connect an AI assistant
Connecting Claude, ChatGPT or Codex over MCP lets that assistant read the material and notes in the workspace you authorise, and write courses back into it. What it does with that is governed by that assistant's own privacy policy. Disconnect it and the access ends.
What we do not do
We do not train models on your material, we do not run advertising, and we do not track you across other sites.
Deleting things
Deleting a course or a chapter removes it from your account immediately. We have not yet automated clearing the search index entries its material leaves behind — email us and we will remove them by hand. To delete your account entirely, email us and we will remove everything within 30 days.
