By using Prism you agree to these terms. We are small and early, so they are deliberately short.
Using Prism
Sign in with a Google account and keep the details accurate. You are responsible for the material you upload and for having the right to upload it.
Your material and your courses
What you upload stays yours. Publishing a course to Explore lists its structure — chapters, lessons, quizzes and flashcards — for other learners to copy, credited to you. When a learner adds your course, their copy also gets a private duplicate of the material you uploaded so Ask still works for them; that duplicate lives only inside their own workspace, never pooled with anyone else's, and your own files are unaffected.
Credits
One credit renders one explainer video. New accounts get three credits, valid for a year. Prism Plus adds 30 credits each month, which expire at the end of the billing period they were granted in and do not roll over. A render that fails is refunded automatically.
Prism Plus
Prism Plus is $9 per month, billed monthly, and renews until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.
Refunds
If something goes wrong, email us and we will make it right. Failed renders are always refunded in credits without asking.
Fair use
Do not use Prism to break the law, to upload material you have no right to, or to abuse the service in a way that degrades it for others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
Prism is early. These terms will change as the product does, and the date above is when they last did.
